• Terrain Advocates offer support and patient advocacy. We share educational and informational resources and strategies that are intended to help you succeed in the Metabolic Terrain approach.

• The Terrain Advocate will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law or with the Client's expressed written consent.

Expiration of Packages Purchased:

• All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.  Individual circumstances may apply with approval.

Refunds:

• All sales are final for consultations, advocate work, etc. 
• Products purchased from a third party dispensary (such as Fullscript or Wellevate), need to be refunded through, and according to, the dispensaries' policies.  Terrain Advocates do NOT implement the policies for the dispensaries.  They are 3rd party businesses.

From time to time, we may promote, affiliate with, or partner with other individuals or businesses whose programs, products and services align with our mission. We also negotiate and offer resources for our clients to receive discounts whenever possible. In the spirit of transparency, we want you to be aware that there may be instances when we promote, market, share or sell programs, products or services for other partners and in exchange may (often, but not always) receive a small commission for the referral. Some of this compensation goes to support Hope Anchors, a charitable organization for cancer patients. 

Please note that we are highly selective and only promote the partners whose programs, products and/or services we respect and have found helpful in our own healing journeys. At the same time, you agree that any such promotion or marketing does not serve as any form of endorsement whatsoever. You are still required to use your own judgment to determine if any such program, product or service is appropriate for you. You are assuming all risks, and you agree that we are not liable in any way for any program, product or service that we may promote, market, share or sell on or through the website or via our advocacy services.
